As a business owner, you are BUSY!
You work your business, take care of family & run your household. In doing so many things, it is critical to take care of yourself.
As you go through a busy day, stress builds up. Even if you don’t have a “major stress” in your life at the moment, going from one thing to the next without a breath in between, creates stress in your body.
The effects of sitting long hours are tight hips, rounded shoulders, neck tension, back pain, stress & anxiety.
Emotional and physical stress needs to be processed through your body or it turns into unwanted symptoms. If you don’t take the time to move these experiences through your body, you burn out.
Movement is a wonderful outlet to relax and get out of the stress cycle.
In this talk, you will learn movement tips to relax even during a busy day.
I have 30 years of experience helping people to have more vibrant energy, release stress, improve posture, manage their emotions and unwind pain symptoms. My training includes many body work modalities, including Japanese acupressure, Structural Balancing therapy, Postural Alignment Work & Dynamic Movement & Life Training. I have owned 2 businesses, including 15 years as a structural bodyworker and 15 years as a movement & dynamic life training facilitator. I am a graduate of SWIHA, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and am certified in the Dance Alive, Dynamic Life Training System.
