    Shift into Successful Self-Leadership

Personal Leadership Skills to Navigate the Ups and Downs of a Changing World

You can lead your team, you can lead your business strategy, but can you lead yourself when the going gets tough? Data shows that during these unprecedented times, 25% of women report experiencing physical symptoms of severe anxiety compared to only 11% of men – not to mention the stress of running a business.

Why? Women tend to operate inside three leadership styles that hinder their ability to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

Presented in a dynamic format to facilitate rapid transformation, Professional Certified Coach, Queirra Fenderson will share the three leadership styles that can burn you out quickly and how to shift into successful self-leadership.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

    • Understand the triggers and habits that weaken self-leadership
    • Recalibrate how they approach leadership in all areas of life
    • Commit to new habits that go beyond your standard coping mechanism

    Presented by Queirra Fenderson, PC

  • 4:00 P.M. – 5:30 P.M.

We will have two groups that will take turns with the chocolate tasting. If our participants decide not to do the chocolate testing than they will stay in the breakout room for networking.
