NAWBO Virtual Leadership Academy – Winter 2021
February 3, 2021 @ 5:00 pm - February 5, 2021 @ 5:30 pm
$50 – $100
Our NAWBO members are busy women entrepreneurs who not only run their own businesses, but many are also in leadership positions in their local NAWBO chapters. They care who supports their community of women business owners through NAWBO. They want to do business with these businesses; and refer others to do the same. That’s why you won’t want to miss the opportunity to personally connect with these women business owners and leaders by sponsoring and participating in the NAWBO Virtual Leadership Academy in February.
NAWBO is offering a scholarship opportunity that will enable at least 20 women business owners, including members and non-members, to attend our 2021 Virtual Leadership Academy on February 4-5. Each scholarship is valued at $75-$100.

Shift into Successful Self-Leadership
Personal Leadership Skills to Navigate the Ups and Downs of a Changing World
You can lead your team, you can lead your business strategy, but can you lead yourself when the going gets tough? Data shows that during these unprecedented times, 25% of women report experiencing physical symptoms of severe anxiety compared to only 11% of men – not to mention the stress of running a business.
Why? Women tend to operate inside three leadership styles that hinder their ability to navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
Presented in a dynamic format to facilitate rapid transformation, Professional Certified Coach, Queirra Fenderson will share the three leadership styles that can burn you out quickly and how to shift into successful self-leadership.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Understand the triggers and habits that weaken self-leadership
- Recalibrate how they approach leadership in all areas of life
- Commit to new habits that go beyond your standard coping mechanism
